1st Line IT Support Technician - MSP
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Salary: £26K-£29K DOE
A growing and dynamic MSP supporting over 60 clients is looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to develop their technical skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for client issues, logging and resolving tickets, and escalating more complex problems to senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
* Resolve issues across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
* Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
* Perform basic network troubleshooting (WiFi, connectivity)
* Manage user onboarding/offboarding and permissions
* Support VoIP, CloudAlly backups, and simple data restores
* Maintain documentation in IT Glue and follow SOPs

* Experience in a 1st Line / Service Desk role (MSP ideal)
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware/software
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Ability to work in a ticket-driven environment
