The Manual Deburring Machinist Role: The Manual Deburring Machinist is responsible for finishing and refining precision components to aerospace and defence standards. You will remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from parts using hand tools and machinery, ensuring every component meets tight tolerances and exacting quality standards. Aerospace experience is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Manually deburr, polish, and finish high-precision aerospace and defence components. Work from engineering drawings and specifications to achieve exact tolerances. Inspect and measure components using quality tools to ensure compliance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Work independently while meeting production and quality standards. Report directly to the Production or Team Leader. Collaborate with other machinists and departments to ensure project deadlines are met.Previous Experience: Apprentice-trained or proven experience in manual deburring or finishing. Experience in high-precision manufacturing Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with quality measuring tools.
