Responsibilities
* Act as the trusted advisor for clients, managing everything from policy amendments and renewal reviews to new business quotations.
* Build long‑term relationships, ensuring customers receive first‑class service.
* Continuously expand the local business portfolio and spot growth opportunities.
* Maintain accuracy in all detailed tasks related to insurance policies.
Qualifications
* At least two years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities deadline‑driven.
* Excellent rapport‑building skills; a genuine enjoyment of becoming a client’s trusted partner.
* Commitment to professional development, preferably working towards or holding CII qualifications.
* Comfortable with industry software and adaptable to new systems.
