Our client, a leading organisation in the transport sector, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a strategic role with high visibility, offering the chance to shape recruitment practices and attract top-tier talent across the business.
* Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
* Design and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
* Source passive candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, market mapping).
* Develop engaging recruitment marketing campaigns and support employer branding.
* Build and nurture talent pools for hard-to-fill roles.
* Represent the organisation at industry events and networking opportunities.
* Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
* Deliver assessments including psychometric and aptitude testing.
* Ideal Candidate Profile:Proven experience recruiting across diverse functions and senior levels.
* Strong sourcing skills, especially with passive candidates.
* Expertise in recruitment marketing and employer branding.
* Comfortable managing high-volume workloads with strong stakeholder engagement.
* Experience in creating and managing talent pools.
* Solution-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
* Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies.
