The Role You'll work closely with field operatives, contractors, and internal teams to keep maintenance operations running smoothly. Day-to-day focus is on coordinating repairs, managing unit churns, and ensuring properties are ready for occupancy. Strong cross-functional working with Tenancy, Lettings, and Finance teams is key.
