As a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, you will work on a diverse range of cases including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, and property finance matters. You will collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. The role is based in one of the firm’s regional offices in Birmingham with a focus on maintaining a good work-life balance, a varied caseload, and a friendly team.
Responsibilities
* Assisting senior solicitors in managing commercial property transactions
* Conducting legal research and providing relevant advice to clients
* Drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements
* Participating in negotiations and settlement discussions
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry trends
To Excel In This Role, You Will Need
* Recently qualified as a Solicitor with a focus on Commercial Property Law with experience of working within a top tier law firm
* A strong academic background in law with a minimum of a 2:1 degree
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* A proactive and solution-oriented approach
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
