What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for an individual to drive income growth, maximise coverage and productivity by increasing our client base and building on our current success. In this role, you’ll lead sales activity, develop business opportunities through targeted cold calling, attend sales meetings, deliver presentations, and network at events. You will build close, productive relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs, manage expectations, and ensure roles are filled efficiently.
* Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, referrals, and headhunting via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter. Source candidates via advertising, job boards, social media and referrals. Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with opportunities. Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly.
* Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offer exceptional service and advice, network to drive sales, and collaborate with colleagues to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
