Warehouse Team Leader – Night Shift
Menzies Distribution are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team, providing a first class service to our customers, and based at our Biggleswade depot (SG18).
What you want to know:
1. Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Friday. 4 On/ 3 Off
2. Hours: 18:00- 06:00
3. Salary: £32, 641.08 Per Annum
4. Location: Market Garden Rd, Biggleswade SG18 8QB
5. PPT-VNA-Counterbalance Licences
Warehouse Team Leader Duties:
6. Ensure the application of the business “key standards” are maintained.
7. Establish, monitor and maintain agreed performance levels for all warehouse activity
8. Liaise, support and develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
9. Strong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported.
10. Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the site.
11. Work closely with the site, customer and supplier stock teams ensuring clarity and consistency in all we do.
12. Working to KPI’s and objectives agreed with clients, taking in to account any special projects or initiatives.
13. Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S policy.
14. Ensure all environmental control measures are in place and effective.
15. Establish and maintain a harmonized people focused team-working environment.

Warehouse Team Leader Requirements:
17. Experience leading a team in a busy logistics environment
18. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
19. Have expereince of using Warehouse Management systems and other IT skills
20. Ability to prioritise business requirements
21. Used PPT, have FLT license. Essential - Counterbalance, and VNA - desirable
