Repairs Manager \nSouth West London\n£45-£55k \nRepairs & Building Maintenance\n\nDaniel Owen are proud to be representing a social housing company in South West London area who are looking for a Repairs Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.\n\nThey are looking for an experienced Repairs Manager to manage a large team of operatives covering contracts involving commercial and social housing projects\n\nDuties:\n\nManagement of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and\n productively\nEnsuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work\n sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets\nLiaising with the customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise\nEnsuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard\nEnsure all client's expectations are achieved\nMust have responsive repairs manager experience within social housing, local authority or contractor background.\nEnsure that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in-line with the Company\n procedure\nExperience managing projects where day to day and cyclical repairs are at the forefront of the work.\nExperience managing a team of operatives (toolbox talks, performance reviews etc)\nDriving from site to site as part of the daily duties. (Working from home for the time being)\nBe jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe\nTo complete time sheets and work sheets and reports as required\nAttend inspections where necessaryKey Knowledge:\n\nMaintenance, Facilities / construction industry knowledge\nSocial housing/Local authority background\nUsing SOR codes\nIT LiterateIf this sounds like a role that suits your profile, then feel free to get in touch
