Area Director – New Homes (Field-Based)\n Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE) + £10,000 OTE\n Location: Central UK – East Midlands, East Anglia, M1 Corridor\n \n Lead. Inspire. \nDrive commercial success and team performance in line with strategic objectives. \nTake the lead on key strategic relationships with major New Homes partners, ensuring long-term sustainable growth. \nChampion a high-performance culture built on accountability, clarity, and coaching.
\nCollaborate cross-functionally to share insights, align goals, and support continuous improvement.
