The Role
This brand new role for the business, will play a pivotal part in shaping how guests experience Comptoir beyond our restaurants. Balancing growth with operational excellence, youll ensure our off-premise business scales sustainably while protecting the guest experience. This is a commercially driven role with ownership of all off-premise revenue channels across Comptoir Group, including third-party delivery, click & collect, direct ordering and catering.
Youll be our hands on in-house delivery expert, known for driving performance and profitability while working closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Tech and Supply Chain.
This is a full time role based in our Support Office (London) and will require regular site visits to all our restaurants nationwide.
What Youll Be Doing
Own and grow all off-premise revenue channels, including third-party delivery, click & collect, direct ordering and catering
Lead commercial strategy and Joint Business Plans with delivery partners (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat)
Drive profitable growth through menu optimisation, pricing, promotions and AOV initiatives
Build and scale a strong catering and group-ordering proposition
Improve performance on owned digital channels and optimise the channel mix
Lead delivery technology optimisation, ensuring seamless integration and reporting
Work closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver a great, scalable guest experience

An optimised delivery experience in all restaurants for all employees and stakeholders
A profitable, balanced and growing off-premise revenue mix
Catering established as a meaningful and scalable revenue stream

What Were Looking For
Proven experience in commercial, partnerships or off-premise delivery roles
Hands - on management of (or experience working in) third - party delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat)
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience in forecasting and ROI analysis
Track record of managing Joint Business Plans and national promotional calendars
Experience with Deliverect or similar order management platforms
Youll Be
Highly commercial, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Data - driven, curious and confident turning insight into action
A clear, engaging communicator who enjoys working cross - functionally
Operationally empathetic, detail-focused and solutions-oriented
