We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join a fast-paced, complex programme environment in London on a 6-month contract (hybrid working).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee contracts, ensuring deliverables meet quality, time, and budget requirements
* Lead cost management, budgeting, and monthly reporting
* Analyse cost data, identify variances, and track opportunities for savings
* Deliver strategic contract management and provide commercial insights
* Oversee change control, including tracking and documenting variations and impact assessments
* Engage and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
* Implement risk management processes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, or similar
* Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts and Public Sector programmes
* Experience in cost control, budgeting, and commercial management
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively
* London-based or willing to work hybrid in London
