What You Can Expect: Structured training programme covering everything you need to know to succeed in recruitment. In your first month, you'll learn how to: Source and speak with new clients and candidates Manage the recruitment process from start to finish Build and maintain long-term client relationships From months 2-12, you'll work alongside experienced recruiters and start earning commission on top of your base salary.
