Salary: Paid in line with the Teachers' Pay Scale

About the Role
As a primary class teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, creating a positive classroom environment, and ensuring all pupils make excellent progress. You will play a key role in shaping pupils' academic, social, and emotional development through high standards of education and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess, record, and report on pupil progress and attainment
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs
* Establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Contribute to the development of the wider curriculum and school initiatives
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continued professional development in education and training
* Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Excellent classroom management skills
* A passion for delivering high-quality education and training
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to inclusive practice and pupil achievement
