The Ideal Candidate

* Ideally operating in US markets (Aerospace, Defence, Tech, Engineering)
* Commercially sharp, articulate, proactive — you’ll be dealing with PhDs and niche, technical profiles
* Must have the hunger to build into a high‑fee 360 role
* Comfortable working US hours (East & West Coast coverage)
* A self‑starter who thrives on autonomy and wants to grow fast
* Could suit an SDR with recruitment crossover

Compensation

* Up to £30k basic salary (DOE)
* 50/50 splits on perm fees once you build into 360
* Long‑term scope for shareholding, leadership & US trips
