We’re seeking an experienced Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy Manager eager to step up) to guide this home from opening day, shaping its culture, team, and impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Leading the successful launch and registration of the home
✅ Recruiting, managing and inspiring a skilled care team
✅ Creating a safe, nurturing and supportive environment
✅ Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
✅ Championing each child’s development, wellbeing and aspirations
What We’re Looking For
✨ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children & Young People (or working towards)
✨ At least 2 years’ leadership experience in children’s residential care
✨ Strong knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory requirements
✨ A genuine passion for improving the lives of young people
