8. Oversight and management of the Project Managers
9. Oversight and leadership of multiple projects
10. Working with the Project Managers to manage resources ensuring timely delivery of projects
11. Setting goals, tasks and timelines, ensuring that project delivery is to schedule
12. Monitoring tracking and reporting of Planned Value and Earned Value performance metrics
13. Identifying opportunities for improvement
14. Identification of risks and contingency plans
15. Preparing reports
Technical Requirements/Competencies
16. In-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles
17. Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
18. In-depth understanding of performance evaluation principles
19. Proficiency in various programme management software, including MS Office, MS Project and PowerBI
20. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
21. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
22. Attention to detail and time management skills
