Job Description: Mechanical Contracts Manager Location: Exeter/Plymouth Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of complex mechanical services projects across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including education, health, defence, commercial & industrial, residential and utilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational, technical and commercial success of mechanical building services contracts from inception to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
