Responsibilities
* Partner across key business areas and populations through all aspects of the employee lifecycle — from organisational design, recruitment, onboarding, Thrive and learning plans, performance management coaching, and challenging our people managers to aim for high performance that gets the best out of our people and organisation (50% of time).
* Design and deliver plans and activities that enable an Inclusive and High-Performance Culture — including Engagement plans, High-Performance Mindset behaviours, and our Diversity and Inclusion agenda (25% of time).
* Design and deliver the Learning and Career Development pillar to enable the organisation and people to build capabilities to achieve the strategic vision, unlock potential and career possibilities, while building managerial capability (25% of time).
* Design and deliver a robust Reward and Employee Data workstream, managing in-year Reward processes including salary review and bonus processes, communication, and maintaining healthy employee data to drive decision making.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Aligned to our purpose and vision, able to inspire the team in our wellbeing focus.
* Demonstrable HR expertise and experience within a transformation-focused FMCG environment, including both partnering and project delivery.
* Stays connected to latest thinking in work and culture (e.g., podcasts, reading, networking).
* L+D experience is desirable, but design and facilitation experience is essential, with a passion for enabling people and businesses to succeed.
* Champion for diversity, inclusion and wellbeing, with a drive to broaden allyship in the workplace.
* Curious about connecting with teams and stakeholders to understand strategy, plans and tensions, and identify opportunities for people and the organisation.
* Bold, dynamic, and capable of challenging the status quo to advance our people and organisation.
* Self-organised with strong prioritisation, using people strategy to focus on where it matters most.
* Takes accountability, shows drive to deliver, and reflects on how to improve next time.
* Works autonomously, takes initiative, and serves as a true people partner and role model for people managers.
* Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enabling collaboration across the wider international HR team.
* Models constructive challenge and feedback to achieve the best people outcomes.
* Hands-on, contributes to team culture as part of the UK&I People team and SIP hub.
