Job Description:
The Procure to Pay Specialist role involves preparing and analysing AP performance reports, providing recommendations for process improvement, and handling vendor creation and onboarding in 3E. Responsibilities include monitoring cash positions to ensure payments are fully funded, recording disbursements accurately, adhering to accounts payable policies and procedures such as vendor approval and invoice processing, reconciling sub-ledger and general ledger transactions, managing vendor statements, responding promptly to queries and audit requests, and cultivating effective vendor relationships. The specialist also updates performance metrics regularly, covers for the team lead when necessary, supports strategic initiatives, reviews accrual reports, handles stakeholder queries, and undertakes ad hoc tasks as assigned.
