Processing booking confirmations accurately and efficiently. Managing incoming phone calls and emails professionally. Speaking with clients and healthcare professionals every day. Coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth shift coverage. Building strong relationships with clients and our care staff. Handling urgent requests with professionalism and efficiency.
