As a Senior Nurse Specialist, you’ll lead the development and day-to-day management of the Tissue Viability Service, supporting multidisciplinary teams to prevent and treat complex wounds while improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and day-to-day management of the Tissue Viability Service.
* Provide specialist advice, run nurse-led clinics, shape policies, and drive innovation across the Trust.
* Support multidisciplinary teams to prevent and treat complex wounds while improving patient outcomes.
* Champion best practice, influence change, and ensure care is safe, effective, and patient-centred.
Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must be an experienced nurse with a passion for tissue viability, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
