We are currently looking for a Trainee or experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our client, a nationally recognised Estate Agency, in Cannock.
The position is based in the Cannock office, with leads provided by the Estate Agency team. A minimum CeMap 1 qualification or higher is required.
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
* Strong commission structure
Working hours:
* Full time
* Monday – Friday and alternate Saturdays (with a lieu day provided)
Candidate should be driven to achieve targets and capable of offering excellent customer service, handling first appointments and subsequent sign-ups. A full UK driving license is required.
Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor include:
* Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals
* Providing face-to-face advice to potential buyers in branch
* Chasing leads and generating new business
* Delivering high-quality service in line with compliance standards
