Our client has a requirement for a mechanical assembly operator to work in their manufacturing site in Kelvin Industrial Estate, East Kilbride. This is an interesting and varied opportunity involving the assembly of mechanical components in a modern work environment.
Your Time at Work
The role will involve the use of basic hand tools and some light power tools like impact drivers etc.
The position requires the person to build various size components and does involve some manual handling as well as the assembly requirements.
Our Perfect Worker
This job would suit someone who is comfortable working with both hand and power tools with previous assembly experience, with full training provided including reading of drawings or schematics.

Attractive hours:
Mon-Thu 7:30am-4pm
Fri 7:30am-12pm
38.5 hours paid weekly
35 days of annual leave
Long term ongoing temp contract with a chance to go permanent.
