Role and Responsibilities
Oversee full HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exits. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Manage payroll for multi‑location employees, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and tax compliance. Reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with payroll vendors (ADP, Paylocity). Support finance with budgeting, P&L reporting, and payroll expense forecasting. Ensure benefits administration and confidentiality of HR/payroll data. Drive process improvements and support organizational development initiatives. Train and mentor HR and payroll team members.
