We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support our Neston Services, providing intensive, one-to-one care in a residential setting to enhance life skills.
The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager in leading the staff team, delivering a person-centric service, and implementing innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first-line leadership to our care heroes, fostering lifelong careers with the charity.

Hours of work
Typically, a 3-week rolling rota within 7.30 am to 10 pm. Management cover is required across weekends as part of contracted hours.
