Actual Salary from: £27,486 – £30,358 (Points 19-24)

The Role
Are you an experienced and highly organised administrator looking for your next challenge in a vibrant and supportive school environment? We are seeking to appoint an Office Manager to lead our busy front office team and ensure the smooth and efficient running of administrative functions for the school. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and parents and play a key role in supporting the Senior Leadership Team with communication and coordination of school events.
* This post is 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week non-pupil days). The working pattern is 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am – 3:30pm Friday.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the school office and line management of administrative staff
* Management of office systems including communications, calendars, filing and procurement
* Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and data protection requirements
* Liaision with external agencies, parents and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
We're looking for you if you have:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* A confident, approachable and proactive outlook
* Strong ICT skills, ideally with experience of Google Apps and Arbor
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ideally have experience in a school or education setting with a working knowledge of school policies and procedures
