Responsibilities/Duties
1. Accountable for delivering services within budget, meeting contract requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction by directing all regional employees through a clearly defined strategy and process.
2. Responsible for a retail estate comprising around 200 locations, managed by 6 Area Managers across the South West.
3. Lead and develop collaborative relationships, aligning with company values, ethics, and behaviors to foster key partner relationships.
4. Manage risk and business continuity in accordance with company policies.
5. Implement and oversee Quality Assurance Procedures and Health, Safety, Welfare, and Environmental policies.
