Role Purpose
Oversee the planning and execution of client programmes to ensure delivery that meets objectives, stays on budget, and adheres to timelines. Support account growth and maintain financial and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management
* Lead multiple projects, creating clear plans to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
* Client & Stakeholder Liaison
* Serve as the main day-to-day contact, building strong client relationships. Manage expectations, ensure clear communication, and engage KOLs effectively.
* Strategic Contribution
* Understand brand strategy, disease area, and market landscape to inform content and programme direction. Contribute ideas that support client objectives and account growth.
* Financial Oversight
* Prepare accurate estimates, manage budgets, and handle invoicing. Monitor for scope changes and proactively address over/underspends.
* Team Leadership
* Delegate tasks effectively, lead internal meetings, and support team onboarding and development. Ensure resources are in place for smooth delivery.
* Business Development
* Support new business efforts through research, proposal development, and pitch participation when required.
