Customer Service & After-Sales Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service / After-Sales Advisor to join a friendly and supportive head office team. This is a rewarding and varied role where you will handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, provide clear product information, and deliver exceptional after-sales support. Youll play a key part in ensuring every customer receives the high-quality service the brand is known for.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service by being helpful, professional and courteous at all times
* Making outbound and managing incoming calls regarding orders, after sales enquiries and customer queries
* Collating relevant information accurately to ensure all issues raised are resolved to company and customer satisfaction
* Openness to develop and become an expert in the full product range
* Build and maintain excellent relationships across all areas of the business
What We Are Looking For
As an ideal candidate, you will have proven experience in a telephone-based customer service role and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills. You will be able to communicate clearly and confidently while building strong rapport with customers. Previous experience as an After-Sales Advisor would be advantageous, as the role involves overseeing and tracking customer orders through a CRM system.
Other requirements for the Customer Service & After Sales role
* Have a minimum of 2 years commercial customer service or after sales experience
* Have a 'can do' attitude to problems and challenges
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Be tenacious with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
* Good organisational skills and able to work to deadlines
* Capable of building relationships and communicating at all levels
* Sales and Service focused, ideally with some telemarketing experience
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
