Each member of the sales team works with distributors, clinicians, and educators to establish their needs for simulators which will help train the clinicians of the future. All this is achieved by consultative selling and building strong relationships with our customers

Responsibilities
* Account management of a portfolio of key L&T distributors. Maintaining and developing relationships with key distributors and customers into lasting business partnerships in order to meet business objectives and budgets.
* Creating and execute specific growth plans to ensure that budgets, profitability, and business objectives are met, utilising your language skills whilst doing so.
* Dedicated visits to distributors and their clients to support, train and influence them to increase their product knowledge, awareness, enthusiasm and ultimately sales in L&T products. Promoting L&T and explaining the concept and ethos underpinning the product range is central to this.
* Assist distributors with clinical, technical, and commercial enquiries.
* Distributor’s website maintenance: Ensure that they are up to date with the latest L&T products and videos, and removal of discontinued products.
* Keep up to date with market conditions and competition.
* Identify and develop relationships with KOL’s to help generate further business growth.
* Identify opportunities within the corporate sector and ensure these are passed to the Corporate BDM.
* Provide sales figures and reports as required into the International Sales Manager.
* Assist the International Sales Manager in the development and training of any new/junior staff within the department.
* Assist the wider commercial team in the organization and planning of trade shows, as well as hosting and managing own events such as New Product Launches, Distributor Training and Webinars.
* Work with Product Management to create short versions of the Product Information Document (PID) for our international distributors.
Requirements
* Ideally qualified to degree level.
* Ideally has 18+ months experience in an international sales role.
* Medical, and Distributor sales experience is desirable, but not essential.
* A nursing, medical or life sciences qualification/background would be beneficial.
* Would suit a candidate with a medical/nursing background wishing to transition into sales.
* Fluent, or business level competent in a 2nd language is essential.
* Additional language skills are desirable.
* Professional with excellent presentation and communication skills and experience of presenting to individuals and groups.
* Articulate and able to converse at all levels in both written and spoken word.
* Within commutable distance to L&T HQ in Bristol. Expectation is to be onsite when not travelling with some hybrid working available based on the business’s needs.
* Willingness to travel frequently on an international basis - circa 30% of working time, including weekends and bank holidays when the business demands.
* Numerate with the ability analyse and present data.
