Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
£28,000 to £30,000 basic salary. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm with a full day off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out sales progression as part of your role.
* Provide expert advice to sellers and oversee the sales process from securing a buyer to completion.
* Deliver excellent customer service using exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Build and maintain strong relationships.
* Provide expert advice on preparing properties for sale.
* Communicate regularly with clients to update them on progress, feedback from viewings, and market changes.
* Work towards branch and personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and follow‑ups with potential clients.
