What you'll be doing:
* Delivering engaging music lessons to 11-16 year-olds - including performance, composition, music theory, and technology
* Supporting students to develop technical skills, creativity, and confidence in their musical journey
* Building strong, respectful relationships with learners from diverse backgrounds
* Helping students achieve their next steps - whether university, apprenticeships, or careers in music and the arts
This role could be ideal if you:
* Hold QTS, QTLS, or equivalent and have experience teaching music (GCSE or equivalent)
* Understand the unique rewards and challenges of p secondary education
* Believe in nurturing creativity and resilience in every student
* Bring enthusiasm, structure, and a genuine love of music to your teaching
