Full-Time Unqualified Teaching Assistant
Location: North Cambridge
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm (term time only)

Our partner SEN school is seeking several Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role supporting pupils with a range of complex needs including autism, profound physical/sensory needs, and significant learning difficulties.
About the role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support.
* Assist with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and creative/functional activities.
* Support behaviour management and contribute to pupil observations.
* Help with lesson prep and classroom organisation.
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
* Some personal care may be required.
Requirements:
* MUST be available Monday-Friday, 8:30-15:45, term time only.
* MUST have personal or professional experience supporting people with SEN.
* Committed to the compliance process (DBS & vetting).
* Passionate, positive, and proactive.
* UK residents only (or valid overseas police clearance).
