Major Players are seeking proactive Junior Account Director on behalf of our client, a leading agency, to oversee a portfolio of clients. With a passion for financial services/fintech the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
You will be the primary client contact, building strong relationships and addressing issues with quick, effective solutions. Working closely with senior management, you'll contribute to strategic planning and ensure all client deliverables are met on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining excellent relationships and managing their expectations.
* Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement client strategies and editorial plans.
* Mentor junior staff, delegate tasks effectively, and support the development of the team.
* Ensure accurate monthly reporting and billing, and contribute to maintaining profitability.
* Write and pitch excellent quality, relevant story angles to targeted media, displaying creativity and an understanding of newsworthiness.
* Demonstrate an ability to write effective content for your full client portfolio
