Job Responsibilities Support all financial processes and reporting including month end, actuals, budget, forecast of various financial and headcount/resourcing metrics and scenarios/views and variance analysis for the P&A function of Technology business Provide headcount reporting and planning with requisitions management, vendor management for the respective business managers for the Digital business and manage the cost center hierarchy and changes requested to the same. Specific focus on Headcount Location strategy reporting for actual and budget Create financial review decks for senior management that clearly articulate the financial story/strategy to the F&BM and technology stakeholders (monthly CTO-1 decks) Regularly meet with Technology teams / Partners to review actual financial performance and discuss Risks/Opportunities to budgets/forecasts Ability to identify and leverage best practices from other tech F&BM groups Key partner with the various Technology Finance& Business Manager teams to provide transparency and insight to technology expenses, risks& opportunities, run rate analysis, efficiency programs, and resource strategy agenda Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to senior management on a frequent basis. Identify opportunities and recommend improvements for increased process and reporting efficiencies. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations. Adhere to internal compliance policies and other business reporting requirements Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Bachelor’s degree required – degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred Experience partnering in either a Finance and/or Business Management capacity and providing insights/recommendations to senior management Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner that tells the story behind financials in a compelling way Confident and personable attitude with the ability to face off with senior management at all levels, influence/handle difficult messages, problem solve, and resolve conflicts Detail oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately, on a timely basis, and in a presentable manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team situation. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and handle competing priorities under pressure.
