This is a rare opportunity to contribute to meaningful, lasting system change-ensuring every child in Northamptonshire has the chance to thrive.

Responsibilities

* Leading with purpose alongside practice leads, using programme management expertise to deliver, monitor, and develop the Families First Programme.

* Building strong partnerships and ensuring the voices of Family Help and children's social care services are central to all programme activity and decisions.
* Driving excellence, supporting quality and performance, and ensuring inspection readiness across services.
* Ensuring children and families actively shape the services that impact their lives.
* Producing clear, impactful reporting for senior leaders and contributing to regional and national learning within the Families First Partnership.

About You
