Job Description

* Responsible for designing the technical solution in collaboration with the Principal & Functional Consultant.
* Prepare the design document and technical specifications document for this solution.
* Perform feasibility study for integration with different DB systems and processes i.e. Active Directory, external systems, etc.
* Lead technical requirement gathering and will be overall responsible for technical delivery of the solution
* Governance of the relationships between ServiceNow and related applications
Extensive experience with ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, rules, and ACLs
