We are working with a London based lender, who are currently looking for a relationship driven, highly motivated person to join the business. Someone that is committed to providing exceptional customer service to their network of brokers and clients.
You must have /be:
* A good understanding of the Bridging Finance Industry.
* Sales and lending experience within the financial services sector.
* Proven experience of working within the bridging sector
* A good network of brokers and introducers.
* Able to generate leads and build new relationships with brokers and clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to analyse and present financial information to show why a case is worth considering
* Able to prioritise workload and manage loan pipeline.
Responsibilities:
1. Origination of bridging loan applications and supporting the underwriting team in what would be required to successful completion.
2. Assessment of each loan application against lending criteria.
