Head of Sales The Role We’re hiring a Head of Sales to lead and scale the sales function within a well-funded, Series A SaaS business with strong product-market fit. This is a senior leadership role focused entirely on building a high-performing sales organisation. You’ll take ownership of sales execution, team performance, and revenue predictability — creating the structure, consistency, and standards needed to scale. You’ll inherit an existing team of Account Executives and have a clear mandate to grow and develop the function over the next 12 months. This role is about coaching, process, and performance — not carrying a personal quota. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Account Executives Hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs as the team scales Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards Build and embed consistent sales processes across the full funnel Own forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability Run deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and structured coaching sessions Partner closely with Marketing and SDR teams to optimise lead flow and conversion Create a high-performance, high-accountability sales culture Required Skills and Experience Proven experience leading and scaling sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment Strong background managing Account Executives and driving consistent performance Comfortable owning forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and revenue accuracy Experienced in building process without creating unnecessary bureaucracy Confident operating at both strategic and hands-on levels Collaborative leadership style with strong cross-functional instincts Motivated by developing people and building repeatable systems The Package £100,000 base salary plus 50% OTE Performance-based bonus Equity participation Flexible hybrid working Significant influence over commercial strategy Clear progression as the business continues to scale
