The role for Client Experience Executive:
This is a part-time role (22.5 hours/week) focused on outbound communication and client retention. You will proactively engage with existing and prospective clients to drive satisfaction, reactivation and loyalty. You'll support the customer journey, drive additional revenue, and use your insight to influence improvements.
* Make outbound calls/messages to check in with current and past clients
* Use CRM tools to identify re-engagement and upsell opportunities
* Support surveys, loyalty programmes, and NPS scoring initiatives
* Drive additional revenue through upselling/cross-selling and retention
* Support Mentors and internal teams with client engagement updates
* Record feedback and client data to inform wider business strategies
* Champion exceptional customer service and accurate record-keeping
