Our client are a leading Global FinTech SaaS vendor with a reputation for industry leading solutions. You will be joining as they continue to scale their EMEA operation following significant recent investment. You will be joining a business of over 1000 people, where people have excellent longevity and an excellent working culture.
Their FinTech solutions are mainly aimed at companies Finance Technology and is mainly sold at an Enterprise level with high AOVs and longer sales cycles. Their customer rely on them to help protect and scale their financial organisations by streamlining process through technology.
In the Solutions Consultant role you will be part of the EMEA Presales team being built up to strengthen their capability to support their many ongoing sales opportunities. You will work alongside the Account Executives to provide required software solutions expertise in all phases of the sales process, from first contact with a lead to the conversion of such lead to an active customer. You will be an integral part to their sales processes supporting the Sales Team with expertise in a highly customer facing role.
The geographical scope of the role is the EMEA region, with main focus on UK and mainland Europe and you will be working in a highly international environment. You will have to have 6+ years of PreSales / Solutions Consulting experience and ideally working with Enterprise FinTech SaaS solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
Lead engagements with new opportunities identifying and articulating customer challenges and opportunities and mapping their solutions and services to help create clear, differentiated, value propositions
Support sales opportunities being engaged from qualification to closure by joining sales meetings, presenting our solutions and services, manage (plan, execute and follow-up) demos and workshops engaging with relevant experts from the organisation to provide detail knowledge and skills for every step of the sales process
Support sales team in internal opportunity/account reviews
Be the interface between Clients, Sales and Product with a clearly defined responsibility to interpret, articulate, organise and prioritise market requirements
Respond to functional and technical sections in the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Experience Required
Proven experience in Presales / Solutions Consulting
Wealth of customer facing experience
Experience working in a PreSales capacity with Enterprise FinTech SaaS solutions
Product Implementations with responsibilities including product demonstrations and product training
Proven ability to take on the role of managing the bid process of RFIs/RFPs
Strong ability to understand product suites to be able to articulate to the potential client business values and value drivers relevant to the clients unique and individual circumstances, business processes, challenges and opportunities
Proven ability to juggle multiple ongoing sales opportunity projects at any time varying hugely in complexity, size and time-span and work effectively in team environments with strong cross channel collaboration skill.
Worked on internal business process, such as providing input to the documentation of required Presales activities in the process of converting opportunities to closed deals
Preferred: bi-lingual
