Founded by Olympians Becky Adlington OBE and Steve Parry MBE, swim@ is on a mission to revolutionise swimming and change lives. Every child deserves the chance to learn to swim and love it. Operating in school and university pools nationwide, we deliver best-in-class lessons for children aged 3–11, helping to keep community pools open and thriving.

The Role
We’re looking for engaging, inspiring Swimming Teachers to join our award-winning team. You’ll deliver fun, safe, and structured swimming lessons that help children build confidence and achieve their potential in the water.
You’ll bring energy and personality to every class, while maintaining the highest teaching and safety standards ensuring every swimmer and parent enjoys a first-class experience.
What You’ll Do
1. Deliver, and review themed, structured swimming lessons for children aged 3–11 (from beginners to competent swimmers).
2. Deliver with a modern, engaging and dynamic style always looking to bring your best self
3. Provide outstanding customer care, welcoming families, engaging with parents, and ensuring every swimmer feels supported.
4. Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for all swimmers.
5. Use our digital systems to track progress, celebrate milestones, and communicate results.
6. Communicate confidently with parents and guardians to keep them informed and involved.
7. Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and site teams to maintain our high standards.
8. Attend training and team meetings to stay current and continuously improve.
9. If you are located close to other swim@ and swim! venues there is an opportunity to work across multiple locations.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
16. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
17. Commitment to high teaching and safety standards.
Desirable:
18. Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification (STA or SEQ, or Swim England)
19. Experience teaching children or working in a leisure environment.
20. Lifesaving, safeguarding, or first aid qualifications.
