Warehouse Manager Our client is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to support a major Carbon Capture new build construction project. This is a key role responsible for the full lifecycle management of materials, equipment, and storage locations across site and off-site facilities. Location: Mold, North Wales (site-based, Monday–Friday, 5 days per week) Start Date: July 2026 Initial Contract: 12 months Project Duration: Until December 2028 Rate - £30.00 - 35.00 per hour PAYE plus holiday pay (flexibility dependent) The Role Reporting to the Senior Materials Manager, you will oversee all warehouse and material logistics operations supporting construction delivery. This includes management of on-site and off-site warehouses, laydown areas, and ensuring materials are available in line with the construction schedule. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage warehouse teams across multiple locations Oversee material receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and issue Ensure safe storage and handling, including hazardous materials compliance Maintain strict inventory control and full material traceability Coordinate internal logistics, lifting operations, and material movements Support just-in-time delivery to optimise site efficiency Ensure full utilisation and accuracy of material management systems (ERM) Identify and escalate material shortages, delays, or risks Promote and enforce strong HSSE standards across all areas About You Proven experience as a Warehouse or Materials Manager on large-scale construction projects (e.g. energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, CCUS) Strong understanding of construction material logistics and site operations Experience managing multiple warehouse and laydown areas Strong leadership and team management capability Familiar with material management systems (ERM or similar) Proactive, organised, and able to operate in a fast-paced project environment Desirable Qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management Experience supporting execution-phase construction projects Experience developing or implementing material management plans Millbank Holdings Ltd is an equal opportunities employer committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
