You’ll be based from our Slough office with a Monday to Friday schedule. About the role

As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our UK office and logistics network. You’ll coordinate between sales, service delivery and supply chain teams, oversee order fulfilment, maintain key operational metrics, and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail, communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure will make you an invaluable part of the team.

You’ll be successful if you have:

* Strong communication skills and with a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role is advantageous.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
* Good IT literacy, including proficiency with Excel. A familiarity with CRM or ERP systems would be beneficial.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly.
* A positive, team-focused attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
