The Role
We are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our Academy. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support across the Academy, with a focus on compliance, logistics, and communication. A key aspect of this role involves delivering administrative and operational support to the Junior Academy, playing a vital part in ensuring its efficient and effective functioning.

Your Impact
* Strengthens the Academy’s structure and culture by supporting the Junior Academy in organising key Junior Academy events, and maintaining systems that uphold data accuracy, security, and best practices in youth development. Specifically, oversee the management of the parent expenses process and tournament support, liaise with opposition clubs to coordinate match confirmations and emergency action plans for U9–U16 fixtures, manage weekly transport logistics.
* Ensures regulatory compliance and governance across all Academy operations by maintaining accurate player and staff records and aligning procedures with Premier League, FA, UEFA, and FIFA regulations.
* Drives operational efficiency through the management of key administrative systems, financial processes, transport logistics, and matchday coordination, enabling smooth day-to-day functioning of the Academy.
* Supports player and staff development by coordinating essential services such as transport, accommodation, and onboarding, ensuring a professional and supportive environment for growth.
* Enhances communication and collaboration by acting as the central liaison between internal departments, external partners, and governing bodies, contributing to cohesive planning and delivery.
Essential
* Excellent administrative, organisation and communication skills.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Resilient in challenging situations and experience of working in a high-performance and high-pressure environment.
* Ability to travel domestically with teams as required.
* Positive attitude and an appreciation of the importance of team culture.
* Able to build and maintain excellent relationships with demanding clients and stakeholders.
* Personal integrity and ability to invoke trust and respect from others.
* Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
Desirable
* Sound knowledge of Premier League rules and regulations.
* Experience working in Football Administration.
* Clean driving licence.
