Night Support Worker - Children's Homes - Witherslack Group
£30,849 - £33,896 (assuming good attendance). Hours: Waking nights (4 on / 4 off)
Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. You'll be there for the highest highs and lowest lows, helping them navigate the night and providing support in moments of distress, trauma, or fear. Building rapport and becoming someone they can trust in times of need is key. In quieter times you will also handle routine tasks such as paperwork, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining the home environment. Your work will play a vital role in influencing positive outcomes for each young person under your care.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - we will pay for study if you do not already hold this
After onboarding, you will start life as a Night Support Worker (NSO) with our four-week Care Academy, receiving off-the-job training from experienced WG professionals.
