Transfers Team Analyst
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid working)

Our client is looking for a sharp, proactive operator to join our Transfers Team — the engine room responsible for the timely and accurate movement of assets on behalf of their clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and well‑controlled transfer activity across multiple markets and asset types, including:
* Matching transactions across internal systems
* Liaising with external fund managers, agreeing trades and settlement
* Working directly with brokers to resolve queries
* Keeping clients updated on transfer progress
* Managing CREST and other market settlements
* Handling unit trust re‑registrations and transfers
* Processing certificated holdings
* Investigating and resolving cash and stock reconciliation breaks
* Maintaining strong controls to mitigate operational risk
* Experience of using Equisoft
