Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching journey in a supportive and inspiring school environment? We are seeking a passionate ECT to join our welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Watford on a permanent basis from September 2026.

The Role
As an ECT, you will:
* Deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum
* Work closely with experienced mentors and phase leaders to support your induction
* Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and school events
* Receive full ECT support in line with statutory induction requirements
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026
* Has a passion for primary education and child-centred learning
* Demonstrates strong communication and classroom management skills
* Is reflective, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally
* Works well as part of a supportive and collaborative team
