Talent Acquisition Specialist - UK, Europe, US, AMEA and LatAm @ CMR Surgical – based in Germany. You will support the country’s business growth by scouting untapped opportunities and consolidating the existing installed base within the area of responsibility, delivering a remarkable customer experience throughout the purchasing process. Responsibilities
* Drive growth and operational excellence by executing the sales strategy, delivering an unparalleled customer experience, and establishing sustainable value-related relationships with stakeholders.
* Guarantee sales performance by scouting new business opportunities within the area of responsibility and guiding them through the full sales funnel. Monitor opportunities and projections in Salesforce, analyze issues, and implement corrective actions with the Country Commercial Leader.
* Partner with the Country Commercial Leader and team to contribute to the country’s strategic direction for lead generation, brand awareness, and marketing initiatives.
* Execute and implement customer offerings, including pricing and tender management when required.
* Ensure compliance with global and regional guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
* Support adoption and implementation of key global and regional commercial initiatives at country level as needed.
* Analyze market, industry trends, and competitors to understand Versius commercial potential and identify untapped opportunities or threats.
* Manage relationships with stakeholders to develop the country’s business through visits and industry conferences, in line with country guidelines and strategies.

About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:
* Fluent in German (native speaker level) with excellent English.
* Experience as a Sales Executive in Healthcare with a track record of introducing new products (ideally capital) in hospitals.
* Experience in entering the operating room environment.
* Ability to leverage internal resources (clinical data/training programs) to construct and communicate the right proposition to decision-makers, in relation to competitive offerings.
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills to assess profitability of different scenarios.
* Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to build long-term relationships with clients and key opinion leaders.
* Self-disciplined with autonomous work style and persistent follow-up.
* Willingness and ability to travel; responsible for the DACH region, supporting distributors and direct customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
* Experience in med-tech capital equipment sales.
It would also be helpful if you have:
* Capital sales background in medical.
* MBA or equivalent.
* Proven leadership skills in mentoring juniors and/or growing a commercial team.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Frankfurt, Kassel, or Hannover for logistics.
